1st Match
1st Half
Yate Rangers came out on top against Fry Club thanks to a classy performance from their A team.
Jack Heaven came close to opening the scoring for Yate in the first game, but couldn’t quite scramble the ball over the line after a good corner by Blaine Skuse.
Ben Watt produced a good save
from Yate’s
Ben Clapp had Fry’s first chance with 16 minutes gone, but his shot went straight at Ryan Carter.
Fry’s then went close to opening the scoring on the stroke of half time with Perry May and Clapp combining well down the right, but Clapp’s cross was centimetres away from Mickey Parsons boot.
2nd Half
Yate started well after the
break and
Straight from the kick off Yate
scored a third goal through
Fry’s had the last word with Lee Heath scoring from a late corner.

2nd Match
1st Half
The second match got off to
a slow start and the only real chance in the first 10 minutes fell to Kyle
Morris, but his shot was well saved by Connor Davis. Morris continued to look a
threat up front for Fry’s, but it was Yate who took the lead after 17 minutes
through Thomas Ills.
Fry’s pushed up, but Yate
goalkeeper Davis stood strong to deny them twice.
2nd Half
In the second half, Fry’s levelled through Morris
after a well-taken corner with 10 minutes left in the game. Yate’s Ills forced Jovi Beltcher
into a good save with five minutes remaining, as did
